Counting Your Length of Stay
This information is to help our guests
choose their Arrival and Departure times –This is how we have done it for 25 years.
When you Arrive on our 8:30 a.m. flight
and Depart on our 8:30 a.m. flight
the days count out as even days & nights,
basically a 24 hour period.
The same applies when you Arrive on our
4:30 p.m. flight and depart on our
4:30 p.m. flight.
Some guests choose to Arrive at 4:30 p.m.
and Depart at 8:30 a.m. This counts out
as the first day being a 1/2 Day.
Some guests choose to Arrive at 8:30 a.m.
and Depart at 4:30 p.m. This counts out
as the last day being a Whole Day.
8:30 a.m. Normal Arrival Time
9:30 a.m.
10:30 a.m.
11:30 a.m.
12:30 p.m. = 4 hours short of 24 hours = Full Day
1:30 p.m. = 5 hours short of 24 hours = Full Day
2:30 p.m. = 6 hours short of 24 hours = Full Day
3:30 p.m. = Possible early check in if no one else
is moving on the same plane In or Out.
4:30 p.m. Normal Arrival Time: Guests generally
get settled in their cabins and have
Dinner at 6:00 p.m. before going fishing.
Boats aren't usually used until after
supper. This allows us to count Arriving
at 4:30 p.m. at a 1/2 Day.
NOTE: – By using our air planes at designated
times this allows us to set a rate that applies to
everyone the same. Flights at odd times takes
away this option. Exception: 1 Person Alone.
