Deposits are fully refundable (less $50 handling fee/
person) if written notice of date changes, party number
changes, or cancellations are received 90 days prior to reservation date. So there is no misunderstanding, you are responsible for the time you have booked. Late checkins or
early checkouts will be charged for the full time reserved.
At
our housekeeping cabins, you should bring your own food, rods, reels, tackle,
rain gear, flashlight, insect repellent, paper towels, toilet tissue, stringer,
plastic bags, and fillet knife.
Don't forget to leave a
patch of skin on each fillet.

Nielsen's
Lodge is just a short flight by float plane from either Nestor
Falls or Fort Frances, Ontario. Flights to our camp are serviced
by Northwest Flying, Inc. in Nestor Falls which is only
25 air miles from our dock. Fort Frances is twice the air miles,
but flights to Nielsen's can be arranged through Rusty Myers
Flying Service Ltd. there.
YOUR TOTAL
ALLOWABLE CARGO IS LIMITED TO EIGHTY POUNDS PER PERSON. This
includes everything from bait to beverages, so don't bring
what you won't need because YOU'LL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR OVERWEIGHT
BAGGAGE.
Many
of our guests arrive a day early and need a place to
stay for the night. We suggest the Nestor Falls Motel
which is right across the road from Northwest Flying,
Inc.
